From 1st October 2009 protect your personel privacy with a service address.
The final stage of the implementation of the Companies Act 2006 came into effect on the 1st October 2009. As part of this implementation the registration of a Service Address by any Director is now allowable under Sections 240 to 246 of the Companies Act 2006.

Service Address Fee

The fee for our Service Address is £75 per annum per Director.

This fee is inclusive of all costs including postages and taxes.

In order for us to offer this competitive fee to you, and keep costs to a minimum, the fee is payable by annual standing order. Our invoice will be sent via email to you once payment has been received.

We will accommodate up to five companies per Director at our service address. If your Directorships run to more than five companies please contact us on 01908 393693 to discuss how we can assist you further.
