In order to record our address as your service address at Companies House, we will provide you, via email, with a part completed CH01 form for completion and signature along with a standing order form.

We will file the service address form at Companies House on receiving the completed CH01 form back from yourself, along with a signed standing order form.

We will continue to maintain your service address at our premises.

We will forward correspondence to you that we receive on your behalf at the service address.

Correspondence will be forwarded to you by first class mail to the residential address that you have provided to us.

Where we receive correspondence by registered post, courier or hand delivered, we shall contact you to advise you via the email address which you have provided to us.

We will not be responsible for the loss of any post or delay in post. In order for us to keep up to date records it is a condition that you advise us of any changes to your residential address, email address and telephone contact number.

Company Secretaries Address

From 1st October 2009, Company Secretaries are only required to provide a service address at Companies House. If you are a Company Secretary and wish to use our address as your service address please complete the relevant details on our register your interest page.

Fees for the use of our address as a service address are the same as those for a Director.
